Matthew Siegal was formerly a Partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan (2001-2017). He is experienced in all phases of patent and trademark prosecution, including due diligence, opinions, inter partes reexaminations and licensing. He has been lead counsel in a number of successful patent infringement enforcements, defenses and appeals. He is a prolific author and speaker, domestically and internationally on a wide variety of intellectual property topics.
