Linda has a wide-ranging background in IP law, from counseling some of the nation’s largest corporations to advising startups and small businesses in protecting their most important assets.  Over the course of her career, Linda has seen how innovation and growth can be enhanced by integration of IP counsel into a broad range of business activities, from R&D and product development to marketing, advertising and supply chain management.  Long term success in a highly competitive environment requires IP counsel with an appreciation of flexibility, speed, and thoughtful analysis.  A background in chemical engineering and years of service to a large multinational consumer products company with a varied product portfolio has given Linda hands on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, opinion work, litigation and international patent and advertising dispute resolution.
