Dilworth IP announces the addition of trademark attorney Julie Tolek to our growing team. Over her career, Julie has worked closely with brand-focused enterprises of various sizes – in industries ranging from pharma and biotech to aerospace and artificial intelligence – to enhance their brand strategies, and to enforce the valuable trademarks that differentiate them in their marketplaces. Dilworth clients will benefit from her experience in everything from routine trademark procurement to issues involving disputes, anti-counterfeit protection, website domain and product takedowns, landscape analysis, and trademark licensing.
